The RogersTM Alerts location-based marketing service is offered by Rogers Communications Partnership to Rogers postpaid customers.
RogersTM Alerts accesses and uses your current and historical personal location information associated with your
mobile device to text you offers from participating advertisers when your device is near a specific geographic
location in Canada. Text messages sent to you through RogersTM Alerts are at no charge. You may opt out of the
service at any time on the RogersTM Alerts webpage or by texting the word "STOP", "CANCEL" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to 5050.
Offer content is created and provided by participating advertisers. Rogers does not investigate, confirm, or endorse the accuracy, validity,
reliability, truthfulness or completeness of third party participating advertiser offer content or the quality of any products,
services or information offered by third party participating advertisers. Rogers Communications Partnership and its affiliates ("Rogers")
will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, economic or punitive damages
or any loss that results from or relates directly or indirectly to any aspect of the Rogers Alerts service, the content of the offers, a third party
advertiser's refusal or failure to honour an offer, your participation in the RogersTM Alerts service, any products, services, information or other
material purchased or obtained by you in connection with the Rogers Alerts Service, including but not limited to: (i) the use, disclosure, display
or maintenance of your personal location information, (ii) the content of text message offers from any third party advertiser, (iii) the cost of
procurement of goods and services resulting from any participating advertiser offer made available through the Rogers Alerts service, and/or (iv)
any other matter relating directly or indirectly to the Rogers Alerts service. The following sentence applies only to residents of Québec:
